Will you ship outside the USA?
It depends on the size of the item and the country we are shipping to. Please contact us before purchasing item if you live outside the USA.
Do you accept returns and/or offer refunds?
We will accept returns on only NEW items and will offer full refund but buyer must pay for return shipping. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on used or antique items unless there is a serious mis-understanding or issue.
Can we purchase Insurance?
Yes, but buyer pays for all insurance costs and must let us know prior to payment. We pay for delivery confirmation and will send you the tracking number if you provide us with your email address.
Do you have any other shipping options?
We only ship UPS or USPS - at our discrepancy! We have included in all our shipping amounts, the charge of delivery confirmation. You may think that some of our shipping charges are above average but we do this to ensure that with delivery confirmation you are indeed receiving your item in a timely manner. But please keep in mind that as a seller we can only get your item mailed out as soon as possible but we do NOT have control over the postal system and their scheduled dates of delivery.
